Maherbrum, Gondoghoro and K7 BC Trek The famous hushey valleys are situated at the east of Skardu in the foot of Masherbrum Mountains which leads to Ghandogoro La to K-2 Base Camp and the great walls. The Hushe Valley runs from Masherbrum Mountain (at 7,821 meters, 24th highest in the world) south to the Shyok River, opposite Khaplu. Hushe, the last village up the valley, is about 140 Kms east of Skardu and is the starting point for treks to various summer pastures up five glaciers. Masherbrum Glacier/Base Camp, Gondogoro, Charaksa, Chogolisa, Honboro, and Aling Glaciers, Hulde, Saltoro River, Kondus, Saling, Kande, Nangmah Valley and Glacier. The area falls under the terrority of Central Karakoram National Park and offer unique opportunies for rock climbing, paragliding, hunting and nature exploration trips.
